Find the Right Party Bus Service in The Bronx
Partybusrentalqueens.com is not a bus company. It's a quote-comparison website — one place where you fill out a short form with your trip details and instantly see party bus, charter bus, and minibus options from a network of transportation companies serving The Bronx and the greater New York metro area. No account required.
No callbacks to chase. No describing your trip to five different offices just to get five quotes that don't line up.
Here's why that's actually great news: because Partybusrentalqueens.com isn't tied to a single fleet, you're never limited to whatever one company happens to have available on your date. You get a wide range of vehicle types and price points from multiple providers competing for your booking — all in one place, all in under a minute. Whether you need a 15-passenger party bus for a night out on Arthur Avenue, a 56-passenger charter bus to shuttle a corporate group from Midtown to Yankee Stadium, or a Sprinter van for a small bridal party pickup at Grand Concourse, Partybusrentalqueens.com makes finding it straightforward.
Call 332-230-9090 or use the online form any time, any day!

Available Onboard Bus Amenities in The Bronx
The right bus depends entirely on what your group actually needs on the road. A 25-passenger party bus typically comes with perimeter wraparound seating, flat-panel TVs, Bluetooth sound, and LED lighting — a solid setup for a birthday crawl through Fordham Road or a bachelorette night starting in Mott Haven. A minibus is the practical call for corporate shuttles between Yankee Stadium and Midtown hotels, with reclining seats, climate control, and enough overhead storage for laptop bags and presentation materials.
For longer hauls — a school group heading to the Bronx Zoo or a church retreat upstate — a full charter bus adds undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms so the trip doesn't stop every hour. Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, but comparing them side by side on Partybusrentalqueens.com takes seconds.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders
TVs and Entertainment Systems
Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 332-230-9090 before booking.
How Much to Rent a Party Bus in The Bronx?
Bronx party bus rental prices shift based on the vehicle you choose, the day of week, how long you need it, and how far out you're booking. To give you a planning baseline: a 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$350 on weekends. A 30-passenger party bus falls in the $300–$375 weekday range, climbing to $325–$425 on weekends.
A 40–56 passenger charter bus runs $200–$350 per hour depending on the day. These are planning ranges — the real number for your specific date, route, and vehicle comes from your actual quote, not a table. Check the party bus prices page for the full rate breakdown, then call 332-230-9090 or use the form to get your real quote in about a minute.

Compare Prices on The Bronx Party Buses
The Bronx is a borough where logistics actually matter. The Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) backs up on game days before a first pitch is thrown at Yankee Stadium. The Cross Bronx Expressway (I-95) is one of the most consistently congested stretches of highway in the country — on a weekday afternoon, the stretch from the GW Bridge approach to the Throgs Neck connector can add 45 minutes to a trip that Google Maps shows as 20.
Rideshare surge pricing during events at Yankee Stadium and the Barclays Center-area concerts that spill over into the Bronx crowd can double or triple your per-person cost after midnight. And parking in the South Bronx and around the Concourse is scarce on any weekend night, let alone a game or event day.
Partybusrentalqueens.com exists specifically to make finding a solution to all of that fast and simple. One form, one call to 332-230-9090, and you're comparing vehicles and rates from providers already operating in The Bronx — not waiting on callbacks from companies that may not even have availability on your date. The range of vehicle types means your group of 12 gets the same easy process as a corporate shuttle for 55.
That's it. That's the whole point.
Group & Event Transportation Services in The Bronx
From airport transfers and Yankee Stadium shuttles to wedding transportation, bachelorette nights, prom, concerts, corporate shuttles, and field trips — whatever's bringing your group together in The Bronx, Partybusrentalqueens.com can help you find the right vehicle for it. Call 332-230-9090 to get started!

The Bronx Airport Shuttles & Transportation
LaGuardia Airport (LGA) sits about 5 miles south of Yankee Stadium, but the Van Wyck and Grand Central Parkway approach corridors mean that 5 miles can easily become a 45-minute crawl on a busy afternoon. John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) is further out — roughly 20 miles from the South Bronx — and the Belt Parkway is notorious for grinding to a stop on Friday evenings. For groups flying into either airport with luggage, coordinating a fleet of rideshares or taxis across multiple terminals is the kind of logistics problem that turns a smooth arrival into a 45-minute parking lot text thread.
A Bronx airport shuttle bus solves the assembly problem at the source: your group gathers at the arrivals curb, the bus comes to you, and everyone loads once. Check the LGA group shuttle guide and the JFK shuttle guide for terminal-by-terminal pickup details before your travel date — then call 332-230-9090 to get your airport transfer quote in about a minute.

The Bronx Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Bronx bachelorette night doesn't have to follow a script. Arthur Avenue in Belmont — the real Little Italy of New York — makes a great dinner anchor before the group heads south toward the bars and clubs in Mott Haven and Port Morris, where the South Bronx nightlife scene has expanded significantly over the past decade. The Bronx Brewery (856 E 136th St, Bronx, NY 10454) has a massive taproom and outdoor space that's popular for group nights out.
Clockwork Bar (3714 E Tremont Ave) and Jimmy's Bronx Cafe are solid next stops.
The problem with doing this by rideshare: Mott Haven and Port Morris streets are narrow, drop-off options are limited on weekend nights, and getting 15 people into four separate cars at 1am after a long night is its own event. A Bronx party bus rental keeps the whole group together from the first pickup to the hotel drop-off, and the ride itself — with LED lighting and a sound system — is part of the night. Call 332-230-9090 to check availability for your date!

The Bronx Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
The Bronx has one of the largest Dominican and Puerto Rican populations in the country, and quinceañera celebrations here are a serious occasion — multiple venue stops, a full guest list, and an entrance worth remembering. A party bus arrival at the reception hall makes that entrance. Popular Bronx reception venues for quinceañeras and Sweet 16s include Maestro's Caterers (1703 E Gun Hill Rd, Bronx, NY 10469), Marina Del Rey (1 Marina Dr, Bronx, NY 10465) on the Eastchester Bay waterfront, and The Pines (1620 Boston Rd, Bronx, NY 10460).
A Bronx birthday party bus rental in the 20- to 40-passenger range handles the guest shuttle from the hotel block or family gathering point to the venue and back — so nobody is left navigating the Pelham Bay Parkway at night after a reception. Vehicle availability on popular spring and fall Saturday dates gets thin. Call 332-230-9090 as soon as your date is set to lock in the right vehicle.

The Bronx Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Yankee Stadium (1 E 161st St, Bronx, NY 10451) hosts stadium-level concerts in the New York metro in select summers, with sold-out shows drawing crowds close to its 46,537-seat capacity. On concert nights, the 4 train platform at 161st Street–Yankee Stadium becomes a press of bodies, and rideshare pickup is staged at the Macombs Dam Park lot on 157th Street, a significant walk from the main gate exits. If your group came from across the borough or metro, coordinating that post-show rideshare pickup is harder than it sounds at midnight after a sold-out show.
A Bronx concert charter bus handles the pickup window in advance — you set the time, the bus is staged, and the group doesn't scatter across a dark parking lot checking their phones. For Bronx concert transportation, call 332-230-9090 to check availability for your show date. High-demand dates sell out of vehicles fast — book as soon as your tickets are confirmed.

The Bronx Corporate Event Transportation
Corporate groups moving between Midtown Manhattan offices and Bronx venues have exactly one reliable variable to control: their transportation. Everything else — the Cross Bronx at 5pm, the Major Deegan backup starting at the Macombs Dam Bridge — is outside anyone's control. A Bronx corporate event charter bus absorbs that unpredictability so your team arrives together and on time, without anyone getting turned around on the interchange from I-95 to I-87.
The New York Botanical Garden (2900 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10458) hosts corporate galas and private dinners year-round; the venue's Conservatory entrance on Southern Boulevard is the primary passenger drop-off point, and bus staging is available in the main parking areas off Kazimiroff Boulevard. For shuttle circuits between multiple Bronx sites or employee transportation on a recurring schedule, a minibus is typically the right fit — compact enough for city blocks, comfortable enough for a 40-minute ride. Call 332-230-9090 to discuss contract rates and multi-day packages.

The Bronx Private Event Transportation Services
The Bronx hosts several large-scale annual events where transportation planning genuinely matters. The Bronx Night Market draws thousands to Fordham Plaza on summer weekends, and the streets around Fordham Road and the Grand Concourse are congested well before the market opens. The Dominican Day Parade in August and the Puerto Rican Day Parade corridor through the Bronx bring road closures across the South Bronx that can make getting from one end of the borough to the other by car essentially impossible for hours.
A Bronx private event charter bus handles those dates differently: your group loads once, the route accounts for closures, and you're at your destination while everyone else is stuck in the street-by-street backup. For family reunions, church outings, or group day trips to Orchard Beach at Pelham Bay Park — one of the largest public beaches in New York City, with limited parking that fills by 9am on summer weekends — a bus makes the entire logistics question disappear. Call 332-230-9090 to build a custom package around your date and headcount.

The Bronx Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Bronx prom season runs late April through June, and demand for party buses spikes borough-wide within that same six-week window. High schools across the Bronx — Fordham Leadership Academy, Cardinal Spellman, John F. Kennedy High School, and dozens of others — all schedule prom dates within that corridor, and vehicles fill up fast. The math is straightforward: a 20-passenger party bus booked in January for a May prom costs significantly less than the same bus booked in April — if it's still available at all.
For prom: book by January or expect premium pricing and limited availability by March. Partybusrentalqueens.com makes it easy to compare vehicle sizes side by side so the group can split the cost before committing. A Bronx prom party bus rental also means no one in the group has to figure out parking near the venue, and pickup and drop-off logistics are handled well before the night begins. Call 332-230-9090 now — the earlier you lock in the date, the better the rate.

The Bronx School Event & Field Trip Transportation
The Bronx Zoo (2300 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10460) is the largest metropolitan zoo in the United States — 265 acres, 6,000+ animals, and one of the most popular field trip destinations in New York City. Buses drop off at the Bronx River Gate on Southern Boulevard, and advance coordination with the zoo's group sales team (reachable at 718-220-5103) is required for large school groups. The New York Botanical Garden directly across Kazimiroff Boulevard also takes school groups; their education programs run year-round and bus drop-off is at the Mosholu Gate entrance off Kazimiroff.
For longer trips — an overnight to a science museum upstate or a team travel day for a Bronx school's athletic program — a full charter bus with onboard restrooms means fewer stops and a more manageable trip for teachers and chaperones. Bronx school event bus rentals through Partybusrentalqueens.com are easy to quote online or by phone at 332-230-9090. ADA-accessible vehicles are available in the network; just mention it when you request your quote.

The Bronx Sporting Event Transportation
Yankee Stadium (1 E 161st St, Bronx, NY 10451) holds 46,537 fans, and on a sold-out Saturday afternoon game, the parking situation around 161st Street is essentially resolved before the gates open: Stadium Garage (one block north on Ruppert Place) runs $35–$45 cash on game days and fills by first pitch, while the independent lots on River Avenue and 157th Street charge similar rates and routinely turn cars away by the third inning. The 4, B, and D trains handle enormous post-game volume, but the 161st Street station platform is genuinely overcrowded for 30–45 minutes after the final out.
A Bronx charter bus to Yankee Stadium changes the whole equation: your group pregames on the ride up, the bus drops directly at the stadium approach on 161st Street or River Avenue, and you have a confirmed pickup plan before you even find your seats. No parking cost, no platform crush, no surge pricing at 11pm. Check the UBS Arena group transportation guide if your event is at UBS Arena in Elmont — the same network covers that venue.
Call 332-230-9090 to get your game-day quote now.

The Bronx Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Bronx wedding venues tend to demand serious logistical planning — not because the venues are hard to reach, but because your guests likely are. A couple getting married at Marina Del Rey (1 Marina Dr, Bronx, NY 10465) on the Eastchester Bay waterfront is asking guests to find their way to the far northeast Bronx on a Saturday evening, and parking at that venue fills quickly for large receptions. Guests coming from Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Long Island are navigating the Throgs Neck or Whitestone Bridge approaches, and coordinating arrivals across three or four highways makes late arrivals almost inevitable without a shuttle plan.
A Bronx wedding shuttle bus circuit solves the guest coordination problem completely: a hotel block pickup, a run to the ceremony, and a rotation back from the reception at the end of the night. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party pickup separately. Because Partybusrentalqueens.com isn't tied to one fleet, you can often find both vehicles through the same quote process.
Call 332-230-9090 as soon as your venue is locked in — wedding Saturdays book out months ahead.

The Bronx Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Bronx Brewery (856 E 136th St, Bronx, NY 10454) in Port Morris has a 10,000-square-foot taproom and a rotating tap list that makes it a natural anchor for a Bronx brewery crawl. Gun Hill Brewing Company (3227 Laconia Ave, Bronx, NY 10469) in the Williamsbridge neighborhood is a few miles north and brews a well-regarded lineup of IPAs and lagers. Add Eastchester Bay Brewing (15 City Island Ave, City Island, NY 10464) on City Island — a 1.5-mile strip at the eastern edge of the Bronx that feels entirely unlike the rest of New York City — and you have a genuinely fun afternoon route.
City Island Avenue has limited street parking on weekends, and a group of 15 or 20 people arriving in separate cars to a small island neighborhood creates a parking situation that the locals genuinely notice. A Bronx pub crawl party bus rental stages outside each stop while your group is inside, eliminates the parking scramble at every location, and keeps everyone together when it's time to move. Call 332-230-9090 to get pricing for your crawl route — the quote takes about a minute.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Bronx Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybusrentalqueens.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Partybusrentalqueens.com?
Partybusrentalqueens.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation in The Bronx and the New York metro area. It's not a bus company and it doesn't provide the transportation itself — it's a platform where you fill out one quick form and instantly compare party bus, charter bus, and minibus options from a network of transportation companies serving your area. No account required, no obligation, and pricing comes back in under a minute.
How does Partybusrentalqueens.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, headcount, pickup and drop-off locations — into the online form, and you'll see available vehicle options and rate ranges from providers serving The Bronx and surrounding areas. You can compare vehicle types, sizes, and prices in one place without calling multiple companies and repeating your trip details each time. If you'd rather talk it through, call 332-230-9090 any day of the year and a team member can pull options for your trip in about a minute.
How much does a party bus cost in The Bronx?
Bronx party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, the date, and how long you need it. As a planning baseline: a 15-passenger party bus runs $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$350 on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus runs $250–$350 weekday and $275–$375 on weekends.
A full 40–56 passenger charter bus runs $200–$350 per hour regardless of day. These ranges give you a ballpark — your actual quote moves with the specific date, vehicle, and route. Fill out the form or call 332-230-9090 and get your real number in about a minute.
Check the party bus prices page for the full breakdown by vehicle type.
Where do charter buses drop off at Yankee Stadium?
Charter buses approaching Yankee Stadium typically drop passengers on 161st Street or River Avenue on the west side of the stadium, closest to the main Gate 4 and Gate 6 entrances. The specific staging zone can shift by event — the official Yankees transportation page has current drop-off guidance and road closure information for each game. On major event nights, River Avenue is extremely congested from the Macombs Dam Bridge south, so build extra time into your arrival window and confirm your pickup point before the night begins.
How does a bus pick up my group at LaGuardia or JFK?
At LaGuardia (LGA), commercial vehicles pick up from the designated ground transportation lanes on the arrivals level of each terminal — Terminal B and Terminal C each have separate commercial vehicle lanes on the lower level. At JFK, pickup zones vary by terminal; the official JFK ground transportation page has current terminal-by-terminal pickup maps. The key step at both airports: have your group collect all luggage and assemble at the agreed-upon arrivals door before calling for the vehicle to stage — high-traffic airport lanes move quickly and vehicles can't hold position indefinitely.
See the full LGA group shuttle guide and JFK shuttle guide for more detail.
Can a charter bus get to City Island?
Yes, but full-size 45-foot charter buses can be tight on City Island Avenue, which is a single two-lane road with parallel street parking on both sides and no real commercial staging area for large vehicles. A 15–35 passenger minibus is typically the more practical choice for City Island stops — better maneuverability on the avenue, easier to stage outside a restaurant or brewery while the group is inside. If your group is larger than 35, a charter bus can drop on the Pelham Bay Park approach before the bridge and run a shuttle, but that requires advance planning.
Mention City Island when you call 332-230-9090 so the right vehicle gets matched to your route.
What events in The Bronx book up vehicles the fastest?
Yankee Stadium concert dates (typically June–September) are the single highest-demand period for Bronx party bus and charter bus rentals — vehicles for major stadium tours sell out weeks before the event date. Prom season (late April through June) creates a borough-wide shortage of party buses across all Bronx high school dates. The Dominican Day Parade in August and New York City Marathon weekend in November both spike demand significantly.
For any of these dates, booking 2–3 months ahead is the practical minimum; for prom, January is the realistic target if you want your vehicle of choice.
How far in advance should I book a bus in The Bronx?
For most Bronx trips outside of peak dates, 3–4 weeks of lead time gives you solid availability and competitive rates. For Yankee Stadium concert nights, New York City Marathon weekend, prom, and major holiday evenings — New Year's Eve in particular — book 2–3 months out at a minimum. The earlier you lock in the date, the more vehicle choices you have and the less the rate has moved.
Call 332-230-9090 as soon as your event date is confirmed, even if you're still nailing down the headcount.
Popular The Bronx Party Bus Destinations
A Bronx party bus itinerary can cover a lot of ground — from the waterfront at Pelham Bay to the Stadium District to the real-deal Italian restaurants on Arthur Avenue. These are the destinations where Bronx group transportation actually makes a difference in how the day goes.

Yankee Stadium
Yankee Stadium (1 E 161st St, Bronx, NY 10451) seats 46,537 and is the anchor of the Stadium District neighborhood built up along 161st Street and River Avenue. On sold-out game and concert nights, Stadium Garage on Ruppert Place charges $35–$45 and fills before first pitch; independent lots on River Avenue match those rates and routinely turn away latecomers. Post-event, the 4 train platform at 161st Street is genuinely overcrowded for 30–45 minutes after the final out.
A charter bus bypasses all of it: drop-off on River Avenue or 161st Street, a confirmed pickup window, and no platform crush at the end of the night. Check the Madison Square Garden group transportation guide if your group also needs transport for NYC arena events. Phone: (718) 293-4300

The Bronx Zoo
The Bronx Zoo (2300 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10460) covers 265 acres in the heart of the borough and draws over 2 million visitors annually, making it the busiest zoo in the United States. Bus and group drop-off is at the Bronx River Gate on Southern Boulevard — the primary entrance for school and organized groups. Parking in the main zoo lot runs $20 per vehicle on peak days, and the lot fills fast on spring and fall weekends when school trips and family groups converge.
The zoo's Group Sales team handles advance ticketing at 718-220-5103. For school and youth groups, a charter bus with onboard restrooms makes the trip from anywhere in the Bronx or metro area clean and efficient. Address: 2300 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10460

New York Botanical Garden
The New York Botanical Garden (2900 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10458) spans 250 acres directly across from the Bronx Zoo and is one of the largest botanical gardens in the United States — 50+ gardens, a 50-acre old-growth forest, and a Victorian-era glasshouse Conservatory that hosts ticketed seasonal exhibitions. The Orchid Show each spring and the Holiday Train Show in winter draw enormous crowds; timed-entry tickets sell out weeks ahead, and the Kazimiroff Boulevard parking area is overwhelmed on peak exhibition weekends. Bus drop-off is at the Mosholu Gate on Kazimiroff Boulevard.
For corporate dinners and private events, the Garden's Leon Levy Visitor Center and Conservatory Courtyards are both available for private rental. Phone: (718) 817-8700

Arthur Avenue and the Belmont Neighborhood
Arthur Avenue (centered around Arthur Ave and E 187th St, Bronx, NY 10458) is the commercial spine of the Belmont neighborhood — widely considered the most authentic Italian-American district remaining in New York City. The Arthur Avenue Retail Market, Borgatti's Ravioli, Madonia Brothers Bakery, and Eataly-rival restaurants like Emilia's and Zero Otto Nove draw food tourism groups from across the metro. Street parking on Arthur Avenue and 187th Street on weekend evenings is essentially nonexistent — residential permit zones on the side streets and a limited municipal lot on 187th fill by 6pm on a Friday.
A minibus drops your group at the corner of Arthur Avenue and E 187th Street and stages nearby, so dinner and a market walk run on your schedule, not a parking meter's. No phone switchboard — this is a neighborhood, not a venue. Explore it on your own terms with a bus waiting.

Orchard Beach and Pelham Bay Park
Orchard Beach (Orchard Beach Rd, Bronx, NY 10464) is a 1.1-mile crescent beach at the eastern edge of Pelham Bay Park — the largest park in New York City at 2,772 acres, more than three times the size of Central Park. The Orchard Beach parking lot holds roughly 6,200 vehicles and charges $10 per car on summer weekends, but the lot is consistently full by 9–10am on sunny Saturdays in July and August, with overflow cars turned away at the entrance. A charter bus enters via Orchard Beach Road and drops passengers at the beach pavilion loop — no parking charge, no waiting in the car line, and the whole group arrives together instead of staggered across an hour of arrival windows.
The beach also hosts the Latin Music Festival each summer, which pushes that already-packed parking situation to capacity by 8am. Call 332-230-9090 for summer weekend availability early — those dates fill fast.

City Island
City Island (City Island Ave, Bronx, NY 10464) is a 1.5-mile-long island connected to Pelham Bay Park by a short bridge, and it genuinely feels like a New England fishing village transplanted into the Bronx. The main avenue is lined with seafood restaurants — Johnny's Famous Reef, The Lobster Box (34 City Island Ave), and Sammy's Shrimp Box among them — and the island draws enormous weekend crowds from across the metro, especially May through September. The problem: City Island Avenue is a single two-lane road with street parking on both sides, and the island has no off-street parking lots of any scale.
By noon on a summer Saturday, cars are queued back onto the Pelham Bay Park approach road waiting to get onto the island. A minibus drops your group at whichever restaurant you've booked, stages along the avenue or back near the bridge approach, and the group never once thinks about the parking situation. City Island is one of the best arguments for a bus rental in the entire borough.
Nearest cross street: City Island Ave and Tier St.
